Single-flange butterfly valve with a top mounting flange and a lower bead for clamping a flexible sleeve, so it fits directly between a silo cone and a rubber connection to the screw conveyor or weigh hopper below. The die-cast aluminium body and SINT® polymer disc make it substantially lighter than a cast steel equivalent, which matters when you're changing one at height. Used to intercept gravity-fed or pneumatically conveyed dry powders and granules beneath hoppers, bins, silos and screw conveyors. All WAM actuator systems are interchangeable on the same valve body.
