The MIX A-SVA extended square drive butterfly valve carries a lengthened stem that positions the actuator clear of the vessel wall, suiting silos with lagging, cladding or a deep cone skirt. It regulates and intercepts powders and granular products at silo, hopper and storage tank outlets, in sizes DN100 to DN400, with two half-bodies in cast aluminium alloy and a pivoting vane controlling flow. The square drive accepts manual and powered actuation, a non-toxic NBR seal is fitted as standard, and an optional spigot flange allows connection of a flexible sleeve.
Industry: Food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, construction, animal feed and bulk handling, particularly on insulated or clad silos and where the actuator must sit clear of the vessel wall.
