MIX srl Splined Drive Rubber-Lined Butterfly Valve, Aluminium Vane

The MIX A-SVA-C2-9 splined drive butterfly valve features an aluminium alloy body with a rubber liner and an aluminium alloy pivoting vane, combining abrasion resistance with lightweight construction. The rubber lining absorbs wear and isolates the body from erosion, suiting abrasive products that would wear a standard valve, while the aluminium vane keeps overall weight down. Available in sizes DN100 to DN400, it regulates and intercepts powders and granular products at silo, hopper and storage tank outlets, with a splined shaft for actuator connection. A non-toxic NBR seal is fitted as standard, and an optional spigot flange allows connection of a flexible sleeve.

Industry Used: Quarrying, aggregates, cement and abrasive bulk handling where wear resistance and low weight are both valued, on silo and hopper outlets and transport lines.
