Electric swivel drive for WAM butterfly valves, for plants with no compressed air at the valve or where air consumption is a cost. Drives the valve through 90° in 0.6 seconds. A signalling system — MIC 23 or LSM0 — is obligatory with this actuator, since the drive gives no inherent position feedback. The CV emergency hand wheel can be fitted for manual operation during a power failure; it stays stationary while the electric drive is running.
